Some people grew up with dad’s who helped give them a passion for cars but there are some people out there like myself who had a bad ass mom who helped fuel my passion!

Before I was born my mom had everything from a new 64 VW Beetle, a 71 Chevrolet Corvette, and a 75 Chevy Camaro.

Then I came into the picture and she was stuck with the typical mom shit mobiles till I was 21 when she said “Fuck this...I want something fun again!”.

She then bought a 99 Audi A4 Avant 2.8 Quatro with the S package and a 01 yellow 5 speed VW Turbo Beetle back in 01. I at the time had a 99 midnight blue 5 speed VW Turbo Beetle that I would use to race against her on back roads. She would kick my ass every time I tried to race against her Audi and I could only get around her once when she drove her Beetle. I think it’s funny when she rides with me today and asks “Where the hell did you learn to drive like that!?” but then when I ride with her and she’s doing stupid stuff or going crazy fast I just sit and laugh saying “this is where I learned it from....YOU MOM!”. <3

I am now passing my passion for cars down to my twin sons who in only 4 years get to start driving (cringe)! I hope one day they will look back and say “My mom was pretty bad ass and taught me a lot about cars!”.
